Ashton has been hooked on fitness since he was 11 years old, when he got his very first gym membership—and he’s been chasing strength, movement, and better health ever since. With a background in coaching youth wrestling and a variety of training in martial arts, Ashton brings a unique mix of discipline, energy, and fun to every workout.
Currently studying to earn his personal training certification, Ashton is passionate about helping people feel stronger, move better, and enjoy the process along the way. He’s leading small group classes at The Oak, creating a welcoming space where you can push yourself, laugh a little, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.
